Refunds & Cancellations
Clients may cancel a booking by giving at least 48 hours’ notice.
If you cancel with 48 hours’ notice, you may elect to:
• reschedule your session, or
• receive a credit for future use.
If cancellation is less than 48 hours before the session, no refund will be offered (unless required under ACL because the service was not delivered in a reasonable manner or within a reasonable time).
